Uncovering the problem – The innovation theater
Francisco Palao spent years as an entrepreneur, researching, learning from the best, creating startups, advising companies, and immersing himself in global innovation ecosystems. But there was a problem: too many methodologies, too many post-its on the wall… and too few real results. Innovation was stuck in theory and illusions. That’s when he discovered what was truly missing—an approach that transforms ideas into impact.
Creating the Business Evolution® Framework
To put an end to the “innovation theater,” Francisco designed the Business Evolution Framework—an approach that combines exploration, strategy, and action. More than just a methodology, it is a mindset that enables organizations to evolve, aligning innovation with purpose and ensuring tangible results that create real impact in the world.
The birth of Purpose Alliance – Innovation with purpose
Amid the uncertainty of COVID-19, Francisco decided to take action and founded Purpose Alliance. What began as a movement to help the world during a global crisis attracted thousands of people and organizations with a shared goal: unlocking abundance and generating positive impact. It then became clear—purpose had to be the guiding star behind evolution.
The transition to Evolution Alliance
People change the world, but they do so through organizations. And if organizations don’t evolve, their impact remains limited. Purpose Alliance took the next step, becoming Evolution Alliance, focusing on helping businesses overcome barriers and turn the world’s greatest challenges into business opportunities with real impact.

Francisco Palao is a renowned entrepreneur, corporate advisor, and author who inspires and helps organizations around the world in their transformation process to create a positive impact in their businesses and the world.
From his extensive experience and being one of the first entrepreneurs in Artificial Intelligence since 2005, Francisco developed the Business Evolution® Framework (previously known as ‘Purpose Launchpad’) and Evolution Alliance (previously known as ‘Purpose Alliance’), assisting thousands of organizations and people in implementing exponential technologies and the state of the art in innovation to successfully develop their startups or corporate initiatives and to transform organizations with success.
Francisco is the author of several books: “Exponential Transformation”, “Massive Transformative Purpose” and “Positive Impact”.
