Ivancho specializes in delivering complex innovation programs. He spent nearly a decade at Airbus, working on corporate transformation and managing innovation projects. As a program manager, he was part of the leadership team of Vahana, a self-piloted electric aircraft developed at A³, Airbus’s Silicon Valley outpost. Vahana went from a concept sketch to its first full-scale flight in under two years.
He later worked in startups as an operator, mostly in product management, deciding what gets built and leading teams to deliver it fast. At Teker, he also worked with the CEO on company strategy. His work combines the program discipline of aerospace with the speed of startups.
Ivancho holds a degree in electronic engineering and completed Stanford Ignite, the innovation and entrepreneurship program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He has lived and worked in France, the U.S., Colombia, and Indonesia. He is currently exploring physical AI, a field that draws on both his aerospace background and his product experience.
