A guided, structured process designed for organizations

The AI Challenge is structured in 4 phases over 6 weeks. During that time, the team generates options, converges with leadership to select one or more initiatives, and develops them until results, decisions, and next steps are clearly defined in alignment with the organization’s goals—ready to move forward.

1. Setup

We align the challenge with the teams involved, introduce the Business Evolution® Framework as the working foundation, and agree on participation and leadership support commitments so progress can happen.

2. Inspiration & training

The team and the involved leaders complete Business Evolution Essentials, the foundation certification of the Business Evolution® Framework, to build a shared language and working logic to diagnose, prioritize, and evolve initiatives in real environments.

3. Evolution sessions

The team generates initiative options based on the challenge and real context, then aligns with leadership to select one or more initiatives. From there, the work focuses on definition, validation, and next steps so the initiative(s) are ready to move forward and generate impact.

4. Final presentation

The outcomes are presented to leadership, key learnings are captured, and the next steps are aligned and agreed. The goal is to clearly define priorities, decisions, and the conditions required to move into execution.

Defined initiatives and clear next steps

By the end of the AI Challenge, the organization gets:

  • AI-based initiative(s), defined and advanced to a level that enables validation and development.
  • Clarity on what it takes to move forward: pending decisions, conditions, priorities, and immediate next steps.
  • Teams and leaders aligned around a shared language (Business Evolution®) to continue evolving both the initiatives and the organization itself.
